We purchased hatching eggs from a breeder for black bantam wyandottes. Can someone please tell me if this pullet is SOP? These are our first wyandottes and I’m thrown off by legs and comb.

There is a little too much pigment in the comb, the duskiness on the legs is acceptable. A good Wyandotte should have a more firm, triangular tail tent, though. The main tail feathers are too round and soft and they should be stiff to give a tent-shaped appearance from the back. A common fault in Wyandottes. She's not bad though.
