Blind silkie?

can anyone offer me some guidance?
9 weeks old
She is showing blind-like (?) behaviors (I’m new and unsure if it’s normal but it is very different than the other two)...
She takes a really long time getting out of the coop in the morning, which is only 2 inches off the ground. She stands at the edge looking very timid/afraid to jump down for quite a while and is very uncoordinated when she finally does. She does the same getting in.
She walks around chirping unlike the others, almost looking disoriented. And appears very unaware of what is in front of her, walking very very slowly. She is quick to frighten with noises or the other chicks flapping around her, yet she has walked right up to and around me as if she can’t see me if I remain still (or anything). To me with little knowledge or experience it really appears as if she can’t see.
Can anyone offer thoughts or questions for me to consider?
She doesn’t appear otherwise sick but hunkers down in place and is not as active as the others most of the day.

(I previously posted a few photos inquiring about her eyes a week or two ago that may or may not be helpful?)

Thank you for any help,

I see her frequently try to burrow under the other two as if it’s cold? (it’s not)

I have an Isbar that acts the same way. She's 5 or 6 months old, I've had her for a month. If I move my finger toward either of her eyes she doesn't react. I'm feeding her by holding a small bowl of food or water under her beak. I'm wondering if it would be kindest to cull her but wish I could find some other solution.

How is yours doing?
