Blood in egg? Can I eat it? Is it normal???

Is this normal? I didn’t know what to put this under. And also these are two different eggs.

It can happen sometimes. If it happens once or twice, it's likely just a glitch in the hen's system. If it is happening frequently, that could indicate that something else is going on, but that is less likely.

When I get any blood spots or anything similar in an egg, I will either give it back to the chickens or feed it to one of my dogs. I don't know if it would do any actual harm, but it grosses me out way too much to even think of eating it. 😂
 
Harmless to eat, just doesn't look appetizing. If it's just a little bit like that, I'd eat it without issue. If there's more blood (like where the entire white gets tinted) those I toss, it's just too gross and makes the egg grayish when cooked.
