My silkie chick is eating and drinking normally. However the past two days she has pooped some pure clear droppings and is acting a little more tired than normal, and today she just pooped what looks like blood (see attached). I’m familiar with the poop chart. She is about a week (week and a half) old and was treated with corid for three days when we first got her becaue another one was sick. I thought that would make her immune to cocci? She eats medicated Purina chick start, has a heat lamp in the corner of a large box with towels and paper towels, water with nutridrench. Is there something I should be doing?

3 days would not be long enough for her to build immunity. In any case, though, it sounds like she is housed indoors and being fed medicated feed, so coccidia shouldn't be an issue since there is no source of exposure (ie soil). What was wrong with the other chick?

Thank you for your quick response! The other chick sadly passed away. She had similar droppings to this one, and became very lethargic and stood alone most of the time before passing in the middle of the night. Really hoping that doesn’t happen to this one. However we think that was a sick batch of chicks because 3/4 of them passed, and we have six more from another batch and they are doing well (except for now this). Yes they are indoors!

I would start another round ay 2 teaspoons per gallon for 5 days, then 1/2 teaspoon per gallon for 7-14 days. In addition to that, I would give the Silkie chick an oral dose of undiluted Corid once or twice a day for 1-3 days. How much does she weigh?
Okay we will start another round when I get home! And we switch to non-medicated food then again, correct? While on it? I haven’t thought to weight her since she has been consistently growing quickly since we got her. She was really one of the ones thriving the most until she slowed down a bit yesterday afternoon.

There are 9 types of cocci that chickens can get. Corid is ineffective in treating E. Acervulina and E. Maxima which your chicks may have in conjunction with other types of cocci.
I recommend that you continue with the corid. In the meantime order a sulfa drug which has antibacterial action against the two types of cocci that I mentioned above in order to treat your chicks.
Here's a link where you can buy the sulfa drug along with directions for use on the container:
