Blood in poop?

I noticed in the coop this morning there seems to be blood on the poop from one of my hens. And is it normal for that one poop to be that orange? Is this something to be concerned about?

It doesn't look like blood. It looks like normal intestinal lining shed which is pink and stringy. Chicken poop varies between poops throughout the day. Orange is a typical cecal flush. Pink-red stringy, intestinal lining.
