I went to feed my pet quail this morning and found my silver one with a bloody head, skin pulled up (see images), and another with blood under the eye. I don't know what to do to help these guys and help is very much appreciated and needed.

How many birds are in the cage this bird is in?
How many males versus females?

Bird doesn't look bad at all. It will heal on its own if you can keep it separated so nobody else can continue to pick on it.

The quail are just hitting 4 weeks old, so I don't know thir genders yet. There are 22 in a 6 sq ft cage at the moment, but we are soon reducing that individual cage to 15. Should I wash their wounds? Are they old enough to move the two injured ones to another cage without a heat lamp or should I get another lamp? Thank you for your help.

I put my quail outside without added heat at less than a week old.
I have no idea what your weather's like but unless it's snowing and freezing I would stop heating for a week old quail immediately.
I would definitely split them today too.

I think 10 birds in that size cages too many and will cause fighting issues.

I would not do anything whatsoever to the wounds. I would just separate the bird from the group so it can heal on its own.

We can try and put both injured ones together to see if they get along with each other... But watch closely so they don't end up picking on each other's wounds.
