Blue cuckoo or something else?

I don't know what this is and I'm scratching my head trying to figure it out. Seems to be pullet so far (5 weeks)

Looks like a dark shade of blue to me. I see no evidence of barring to call it blue cuckoo.

Breed is maybe blue Marans, Andalusian or some type of Easter egger.
