Blueish growth on skin near wing. Is it an infection or something else?

Hey everyone!
So, today I was giving Tooki (my hen) a bath and noticed a blueish growth on the skin near her left wing. Could anyone tell me what this is? She generally flaps her wings very firmly and strongly. Please do let me know if you have any idea about this. I am attaching a picture.

I really don't know what that is.
@Saaniya and @Tanya22 I'm trying to remember, did we suspect/conclude Tooki likely has Marek's?
It could be a tumor from Marek's, but I'm just not sure.

Hopefully someone else recognizes that.

It appears to be bruising. Chicken bruises can range from blue to green to yellow.

It could be either a large mole (benign growth) or a melanoma, which is cancer, but a vet might be a better judge. How long has that been there, and how quickly has it grown? Here is a an article with pictures about melanoma in chickens:

I also think first but I asked her to try clean it if it's a gunk from lack of Preening
