I've tried everything. I am thinking about trying this topical... Boil Gone.

Feedback? Thoughts on boil gone?

The ingredients are: Isopropanol, water, beta hydroxy compound, salicylic acid, vegetable glycerin, aloe vera gel, zinc oxide, lavender oil, frankincense oil, tea tree oil, thyme oil, citric acid, sodium benzoate.

Use: topical penetrating liquid to relieve skin boils. Do not use with any other topical treatment. Watch for drying of skin.

*Other background info. I received her like this. We have tried epsom and other numerous soaks, acv, with herbs, vetericyn for poultry, manuka honey and silver, topical antibiotics, we have tried soaks and wraps, also attempted draining(it just bled, no puss.) And we started penicillin g procaine intramuscular as last resort, but she seemed to have a skin reaction? so I stopped yesterday. There is no scab to locate a core. She is healthy otherwise. She has recently started pecking at the top, so it looks pink. Nothing has reduced the swelling, but it hasn't grown any either.
Wondering if it is just scar tissue at this point? (I have tricide neo powder... but the attempted home distillation of water went not so great, so I opted to wait to use till I can go buy some.)

Pictures of top and bottom of her foot. Scab on side with arrow is the attempt we made to drain.
Picture of skin reaction on breast 3 days into the injections of penicillin g pro.
(I followed all the instructions here on injections/dosages and multiple threads.)

It look like she may have got the staph infection in between her toes - more to the top of her foot. So, unlike when the infection is in the bottom of the foot, there is no scab from the pressure of being walked on.

I found an old thread that might help:

And a YouTube video (GRAPHIC WARNING):

I think you might have to make an deep incision on the top of her lump, where the pinkest skin in in the photo, on the top of her foot, and squeeze out what is inside. As you will see in the YouTube video, what is most likely inside is not drain-able.
