Brahma chick identification

Hi! So from pictures I've seen online I'm pretty sure this is a brahma chick. But I just want to confirm with a few of you guys😊 Also, is it supposed to look so scraggly? Lol. It's 5 weeks old today. Thanks!!

It's a dark brahma and in a few more weeks he will feather in pretty and won't look so scraggly it's at the age of where they don't look so cute lol

It's definitely a cockerel. Totally okay and normal if Brahmas are scraggly, especially cockerels. They're very slow to mature :) Here's an example of one of my Partridge Brahma cockerels at six weeks even! Feathering in just takes a while
