Brahma teenager type and gender?

For 6 weeks old though a cockerel would have a lot more red in the comb which this chick is devoid of. Maybe not super bright red but there should be some redness. Since there is none though I would be very surprised if this chick turns out to be a cockerel instead of a pullet.

Yeah, at that age it should be pretty evident if they are a cockerel cause their combs and wattles will not only be bigger than the rest but also red. Pullets will have some comb growth but it won't be as large nor will it be nearly as red.
Brahma are a slow maturing breed so they likely dont start showing until about 10 weeks , 6 weeks is early for a lot of birds.
The dark red wing patches are a better indicator at this agem
