I am new to owning chickens and need help identifying this one! 
I bought what was supposed to be Starlight Green Egger pullets from TS, and this one they gave me is definitely not that (at least doesn’t look anything like the others)! Wondering what breed it may be and if it’s looking like hen or rooster? Almost 11 weeks old.
