I got this chick from tractor supply, was told it was a Ameraucana. It’s 4 weeks old. I’ve been reading up on Ameraucana vs Easter eggers. Also this is a straight run, I’ve thought it was a rooster from the beginning. What are your thoughts?

If you got her from Tractor Supply, I'm going to say "Ameraucana" and "Easter Egger" are interchangeable to them (meaning it's more likely an egger). Looks like a sweet little girl to me!
Thank you! Let me ask
You this, this chick, named skeeter. Is the most stand offish. All my other hens come right up to me when I stick my hand in with food or just a bare hand. Is this breed know to be less friendly?

I don't have any firsthand experience with this breed, but I can tell you that everything I've read suggests Ameraucanas and Eggers tend to be more flighty, so I'm not surprised she's apprehensive about your hand. If you plan to free range, this is a great quality. She should be very predator aware, whereas a trusting breed could be a bigger target. You can definitely build trust with her over time. And she should be a fantastic egg producer for many years!

Males often have red (orange!) feathers on their shoulders. Females seldom have that color there. Males have slightly larger combs, and color their combs and wattles earlier. We had a hard time sexing our first EEs, but learned, and now it's much easier.

Thank you!!
