Breed checks (and gender) for some schoolkids

Hi all. Posting for some schoolkids that are raising birds in their class. I've flagged the obvious cockerels for them, but wanted some thoughts from the experts about their breeds (and gender if possible; they're a little young).

I assume they're from hatchery eggs, but not sure. Also sorry, the pics aren't the best. They're going to take some side standing photos later.

I'll also name that a rescue was supposed to take the birds at the end of the schoolyear, but it has backed out. So, if anyone in the Chicago area is looking for some very adored young birds to help out some worried kids, let me know. One of the moms will be posting the birds to the B/S/T and Illinois forums later.
