I think its a sultan, I'm no expert, but we have a chick that looks like that and its a sultan, it was supposed to be a bannie frizzle, but its not, and the sultans were in the same cage

Oh and the skin color is a light pink purple-y blue color

I can't answer that because ours is about as old as yours. They are one of the hardest breeds I've heard
