Hi, I️ know this is an old thread but I️ have a California quail hen whose mate recently passed away. Is there any chance she will re-mate with my last male? He is her only option and I️ really need to build up a covey.

They might....just depends on the birds attitude towards eachother.
I would order some eggs to rebuild your covey....as insurance!
