We got these first two chickens on March 11th from Wilco so they should be nearing 11 weeks if I did the math correctly

For number 1 my best guess is that it’s a she and some sort of OEGB, could be wrong really hoping she’s a girl though she’s my favorite and is pretty smart and curious. She’s taken well to learning some new tricks and positive reinforcement!

For number two we know for sure that it’s a Millie Fleur but don’t know on the gender, I’ve heard they can be hard to sex

For the last guy we got her a week ago I’m assuming she is a BB red Old English, still unsure on the gender but aern’t too worried about that right now

Also last minute decided to add a few photo’s of our black silkie for gender if you guys have any guesses

1 is an Easter Egger bantam pullet.
2 is a d'Uccle cockerel.
3 is an OEGB, still a little early for gender but leaning pullet.
I'm not great at silkies but leaning pullet.

That’s interesting! I would’ve never thought of her being an EE. I was leaning towards cockerel on the d’Uccle but wasn’t sure. Fingers crossed the rest are pullets we’ve only gotten one other cockerel so far

Agree. I would say pullet on the Silkie but I wouldn’t guarantee that.

Supposably if a OEGB has dark eye liner it’s a girl. I am testing that theory myself at the moment and it seems to hold true.

I’ll have to wait and see what the OEGB grows up to be, I’m guessing girl, since I’ve posted this they’ve been displaying a lot of girl characteristics (still no comb showing and we’re nearing 1 1/2 months and very docile compared to the younger ones) I’ve been keeping my eye on them recently
