I bought some Brie and tried it on Garlic and Herb crackers - YUCK!!

I googled it and learned it is more of a dessert cheese so I tried it with marmalade (orange) on plain Club HOuse crackers. Better but still not good.

Any suggestions? I still have ALOT of Brie cheese.

Well not that it will change the flavor much, but I like to bake my brie. Put it in a 350 oven until u can see it melting. I like to use ritz crackers to scrap up the melty oooz. Yummy stuff

Hello. I'm a French teacher and I don't like brie.

Icky stuff that tastes like old socks.

Make a tray with non citrus fruit and crackers and surprise someone with it.

I worked in the cheese dep't of our Co-op for 2 1/2 yrs. Lots of imported cheeses! Brie is the way it is. You either like it or you don't. The outer layer of mold is part of the flavor profile. It's really good with a slice of apple, on a lightly crunchy cracker or a baguette. It's kind of an aquired taste, so keep at it, maybe it'll grow on you!
