Broken leg?

My baby chick is leaning on her right side while dragging her left leg behind her. It’s been wrapped since last night when I noticed it. However I want to put her in a sling but she’s too big to do the cup method. Any recommendations? Thank you

Edit to add, she’s eating and drinking! I got nutri drench in her water.

Can you post any pictures? Do you think that it got injured, or has she had it since hatch? What is her exact age?

Shes 7 weeks I was out of town and by what I was told the brooder lid fell on her. Here’s a picture

Make sure the splint is not too tight. It looks swollen. I would take another picture without it. I would leave it off.

since the accident, she’s been walking with her toes curled like this. Thank you for your help.

I would tape the toes in a normal position on top and bottom. Can she stand on the hurt leg? Is it crooked or does a bone seem broken, bruised, or sprained? Here is a good article on toe taping:
