My chicken has been favoring a leg. She is still able to move it and she attamps to put weight on it and use it alittle bit but i can tell she is hurting. She frequently holds it up but tries to use (slowly) it when she gets up.
I know yall cant tell me for sure if its broken but my question is, if was actually broken, would she be unable to use it at all?
She is very flighty and will not let me hold her or look at it. Everytime I try, she flaps and goes crazy and i don't want her to further stress and injure herself. If it is actually broken, there is no way i will be able to splint and bandage this chicken.
I had a chicken last year completely shatter her leg and could not use it at all.
It is basically just dangling there. She used her wing spread out to stand up. So if it was actually broken, would my chicken still try to use it?
