Broken wing

I'm not 100% sure but think one of my chickens has a broken wing. My other hens have been picking on her and this morning when I came out one wing is really hanging. I'm guess that somehow while trying to get away she managed to get it stuck to the fly paper sheet and it way still attached to her wing. This isn't a strip it's a sheet like 8x10. Anyway there aren't bird vets around here any suggestions?

Stretch the wing all the way out and fold it back up. See if she holds it in bit better.

Hard to know if it's broken or just very sore.

If you do feel a break and vet care is not an option, then you can try splinting/wrapping it according to the splinting manual linked below.

The others are picking at her a lot, so she may be sick(?), you may want to evaluate her health while you tend to her wing.
