Broody hen stepped on egg and bloody but moving still!?!

My hen hatched 3 eggs and a forth was slowly starting to peck out she stepped on it and crushed the shell and its bleeding. I tried to piece the shell back around them and put under her wing. Is there any hope for the poor thing? Should I pull it and put in the incubator?

Without taking a look at it I don't know the stage the chick was at or the condition of the egg. Which might affect what I would do. Most of the time I would keep it with the hen.
The hen will be able to keep the proper heat ect unless she is on the move with the other chicks.

I ended up moving the chick to a pre heated and humid incubator and it survived and is doing well. Mama hen and other chicks kept stepping on it. She's a great broody hen and taking good care of them. Thanks everyone.
