Brown bantam leghorn? Rooster or Hen?

I took better pictures today of our "ninja". I googled them and it comes up with brown Leghorn or even brown leghorn bantam. What do you think the breed and gender is?

Its only 6 months old and we have two other Rhode Island Red hens same age. Someone laid small brown eggs then quit. No eggs for over a week. Maybe because they just started? I don't know. And I'm not sure if it was Ninja or one of the others.
I purchased Ninja from TSC. Its very docile and sweet.

It's a hen and idk the breed but not a brown Leghorn.

Not sure on breed but it's definitely a female.
