I have been charged with making brussel sprouts and asparagus (along with some other stuff) for Thanksgiving. Can you all give some ideas of how you cook the above. For just me I would boil them and load on the butter.

I like to roast both, the asparagus with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
And the Brussels sprouts I do the same but like to add some candied walnuts at the end![]()
