I had two that looked very similar, but within about two days the were the same. They were also a little different in size, but as they've feathered out they are very similar.

It is too young to sex your chicks. Differences in feathering don't usually mean much at this age. By the time they are 6-8 weeks old, we should have a better idea.
I had two Buff's in our last batch of chickens. I was worried the hatchery had messed up for the same reason you are concerned. One had a wider/flat tail and the other's was more pointed and upright. Both were girls though, and very sweet. Night and day personalities too!
