Buff Orpington - tail pointed down?

I have two 7 week old buff orpingtons. One has a tail pointed up like my other pullets, but this one has a fluffier back and a downward pointed tail. Also getting more pink in the waddles and comb.

Could this be a roo or normal for a hen?

That's a pullet. The tail position doesn't indicate what gender, that's just how hers is.
