bumble on knuckle

I found bumble on my largest hen and removed two very large black rock hard scabs from the bottom of her feet. They appear to be healing OK. On one foot she also can not flex her smaller toe and there appears to be a large black head looking scab directly over the knuckle on top of that toe. Should this be removed and cleaned in the same manner?
