Bumblefoot or a sprain

Every night my Easter egger tries to sleep on a resting bar that she isn’t supposed to be on and every morning she sends herself off of it so we can’t tell if the swelling in her photo is from bumblefoot or a sprain please help because she has recently started limping

I’m not expert, but it doesn’t look like bumble-foot.

I can't see any bumblefoot, and bumblefoot severe enough to cause limping would definitely be visible. Not sure what it is though, sorry

it’s gone down buts its still definitely noticeable just a little bit off of her right leg

Could be a sprain.

You mention she's roosting where she's not supposed too - is it a high bar or something? If so, block it off so she has to roost lower.
