So, I went to feed and check up on my hens this morning and I noticed that one of my hens has this huge bump where the larynx and trachea. It looks like it is deformed. She can't eat, she has tried to peck on the food but in a slow, weak manner. I have no clue what it is. Yesterday, I saw here run next to me with the corner of my eye and I believe she had this bump yesterday. Which I didn't get to observe her. She reminds me of a turkey with her neck like this. Does anyone have a clue on what it is?

Does it feel like an air pocket under the skin? If so, that could be a leaking air sac (subcutaneous emphysema) from a bump injury. You can leave those alone if she is tolerating it, but if she is having trouble breathing or it is getting bigger, it may need to be deflated with a needle. If it is not feeling like air, but more solid, that could be a tumor. Let us know what it feels like.

I am not sure, what it is because it doesn't feel hard nor too soft.
