I noticed there was a hard bump on my hens foot. Does anyone know what it is and how to treat it? I’m in Canada so lots of the drugs I won’t be able to buy gas they are mostly in America. Does anyone know any natural ways? Thanks!

It may be the type of bumblefoot that gets between the toes. Do you see a scab on the bottom of the foot? Here is a good link with a similar picture and treatments:

You can begin treatment by soaking the feet in warm soapy water or Epsom salts for about 15 minutes. The bumb between the toes may need to be lanced and squeezed to get out any pus inside. If you have a scab on the footpad, the scab can be removed and there may be a solid pus plug inside that can be squeezed out. You could try soaking for a few days in a row before removing the scab or lancing, and that may soften them. There are many different ways to treat bumblefoot, and those include sugardine or Prid dressings, and Tricide Neo soaks.

Okay thanks! I’ll soak her feet in water. Would it hurt to squeeze the bump? I don’t wanna rip her scales.

I agree with Eggcessive, it's more than likely Bumblefoot. Last year, I had a hen that got a bump/ lump in between her toes, just like your hen. We treated her as if it was Bumble and it was. It took 2 months but eventually we got it out. It popped out in a big, hard chunk / kernel. Bumble can be stubborn but it can definitely be eliminated. There's a lot of great threads on here about treating for Bumblefoot, personally I like to use Prid, gauze and sports tape.

Take care

Here is a good link about treating bumblefoot with soaking and getting the pus out with or without surgery, and there is a picture at the beginning of a bump on the top of the foot between toes:

There are other methods of treating bumbles with using a dressing of betadine and sugar, made into a paste, or Prid drawing salve. In the link above, at the bottom, there is a video on wrapping a foot with a bumblefoot dressing. Here is a thread about sugardine dressing s as described by @coach723 :
