bunnies and fleas..

What do you use for flea prevention on your rabbits?
I don't remember what's safe to dust or spray bunnies for fleas. I saw one on Oreo's nose today.

Honestly have never had a problem with fleas on my rabbits I put a couple drops of goat Ivomec in their ears once every couple of months if they are outside rabbits.

When my lovely dog brought fleas into the house, they didn't bother my rabbit. They were alllll over. We couldn't fog or bomb the house because I was pregnant at the time. We finally got a spray from the vet that was safe, I just had to leave for a few hours. The vet said they would not bother the rabbit, who's pen is on the floor. I never saw any in there and she never had any. We had the issue on and off for about 6 months.

Rabbits should not get/have fleas, probably just one jumped on it from the dog/cat unless the rabbit is sickdrawn down physically. But Seven Dust is safe for animals, I put it in my Quails dust boxs to rid them of skin mites.
