my poor baby is missingwhat?!?
That's awesome! Yeah school does that, I remember wanting to do stuff but having to study Have you thought what color you are going to dye it to? Now I really can't wait to start spinning and dying!I’m happy to give it! I’ve both dyed it and left it natural. I’m currently working on spinning some white yarn for dying, but school has taken over and I haven’t spun in months Hopefully on break I can get back into it. It’s super relaxing to do once you get the hang of it.
Oh I'm sorry Have you looked everywhere?my poor baby is missing
Do you use the wheel or the thing that dangles from your hand? That's awesome! Yeah school does that, I remember wanting to do stuff but having to study Have you thought what color you are going to dye it to? Now I really can't wait to start spinning and dying!
It’s going to be a three-ply yarn, so I’m thinking about dying one strand red, one orange, and one pink, kinda sunset-ish. I’m planning to use Kool-aid, which actually works super well for dying, believe it or notThat's awesome! I use a wheel, my grandma gave me one of hers. I’ve never tried the hand spindle, but I know some people swear by it.Do you use the wheel or the thing that dangles from your hand?
Nice! That sounds beautiful!!! I love sunsets! I actually saw a video of someone doing that! It was so cool! Another video was that this lady took onion skins, red cabbage, and beets and dyed her fabric it was very pretty and pastel likeIt’s going to be a three-ply yarn, so I’m thinking about dying one strand red, one orange, and one pink, kinda sunset-ish. Ooh, I bet those would make super pretty dyes! I’ve never tried natural dye, but I bet beet juice would last a super long time. Beets stain everythingNice! That sounds beautiful!!! I love sunsets! They did it was a light orange, a light pink, and a lavender. I have never grown or ate a beet so I wouldnt know, but I am hoping to do some next year for my mom who loves pickled beets, hoping to do the fridge version. I guess it's like anything, there is always a learning curve lolOoh, I bet those would make super pretty dyes! I’ve never tried natural dye, but I bet beet juice would last a super long time.
