Hi- My dragon had gray limbs but yellow everything else and then I looked it up he was just shedding and to make it more comfortable I should give him a shallow bath in warm water. He shed and wasn't gray anymore. I was just wondering if I should continuing giving him baths even if he isn't gray.

Yes, they need baths, young ones a couple times a week and adults once a week or so. This helps with shedding but also is a big part of how they obtain moisture and helps keep them hydrated. For fun, here's my bearded dragon girl Caramel in her Halloween costume this year:

How old is your dragon?

It's cool that you know when he hatched! I wish I knew Caramel's birthday. I also wanted to warn you about the sand in his cage - it may not have caused a problem yet, but over time while hunting insects and just in the course of exploring (I'm sure you've seen the way they lick things to check them out) they can end up taking in a lot of sand and this can actually cause bowel impactions, which are serious and can be fatal and might even require surgery to fix. You might want to switch to another bedding or flooring. I use ceramic tiles since they're easy to clean. If you have any other questions about his care, here is a really nice care sheet that covers the basics:

There is also a really awesome forum just for bearded dragons here:

How big is yours now? When I got Caramel she fit right on my finger, but by a year old she was as long as my forearm! Amazing how quickly they grow. Now that she's full grown and almost two, I kind of want another baby, lol. The only thing keeping me from it is that they can't be kept together, and Caramel's vivarium is 4 feet by 2 feet and I really don't have room for another. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to resist!

How old is she? Do you give her baths? does she have a harness? if she has a harness do you give her baths in the harness or "Naked"?

She's almost two now, and she does have a harness, but we only use that for safe outdoor excursions so she can get natural sunlight, which is really good for them. She gets a bath once or twice a week without a harness.
