can a frozen chicken be revived

Frozen. As in frozen like a block of ice? Then no. There would be no reviving from being frozen solid.

Frozen as in severely chilled to the point of acute hypothermia and the chicken is still breathing but unconscious? Then maybe.

If the chicken is still breathing, warm a bath towel in the dryer and wrap the chicken in it. If you have a hand hair dryer, turn the chicken on its back and blow warm air onto it's breast and under the wings in the wing pits. These places are where there is maximum blood circulation and it will heat the chicken quickly and it should wake up.

When woken, next you need to give warm Gatoraid or warm sugar water with a pinch of salt. Dip the beak and see if the chicken will drink. If not, take a syringe and drop water drop by drop into the right side of the beak. Rewarm the bath towel and wrap the chicken in it to continue to warm it. Continue the warm fluids with electrolytes.
