Can anyone help me??

Can anyone help me please? My little Silkie Minnie just appeared with this thing which looks to me like it's her ear that's all swelled up all the way around it? But I'm really not sure if it is the ear. Any ideas on what this can be? I don't see any mites or bugs of any kind. We recently got a new Silkie who immediately took over and she's been pecking Minnie terribly to the point we had to divide the run and keep them one on each side. I am clearly aware of their pecking order, but this has just gone on way too long to be that in my opinion. I know some chickens will always peck another every now and then but this is much worse and it continues incessantly! Can this perhaps be where she may have pecked her? Been cleaning it and applying antibiotic ointment a couple times a day but no change at all. Any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated!

PS: Minnie is eating and drinking and acting normal at the moment and this has been like this for about 3 days now.

Thank you so much! She will be going to the vet tomorrow hopefully if that vet is still there that sees chickens. Otherwise I'll have to search for another one and in this area and honestly they are horrible.. they don't seem to know a thing about them! This one vet was very good though so fingers crossed she's still there or somewhere where I can get Minnie seen by her. Thanks again! The picture in the article you sent looks exactly like what she has! I truly appreciate your help!
