Can anyone identify this is necrotic dermatitis?

Where exactly is located on the chicken?
Can you post a full picture of her with the damaged area?
Could be a number of things depending on where it is located.
What signs/symptoms made you come to necrotic enteritis?
Is she eating and drinking well, pooping?
What steps have you taken to treat her, cleaning the wound, etc.?
Can you take her to a vet?

She isn't eating much and losing some weight. We notice the area of her chest had like a bulge coming rhru her feathers. hopefully getting a hold of vet tmrw morning.
