Can dogs catch Marek’s disease from chickens?

My 2 year old hen has Marek’s disease, according to vet. She is currently in my home. We are trying another week with NSAID prescribed by Vet in case it was a musculoskeletal injury and not Marek’s. I’ve searched online and it says humans can’t get Marek’s, but have not found info on whether dogs can catch it. Can someone answer that question? Thank you so much.

Everything that I have ever read indicates that Marek's Disease is a species specific disease affecting chickens only.

According to This it can’t be passed to dogs, but may be passed to quail and turkeys.

I've never heard a report of a dog getting Marek's disease. Certainly other diseases like salmonella, etc., but not Marek's.
