Can ducks eat raw ground beef?

Hi all!! So here's my story. I subscribed to "Smalls" for my cat - bear with me, this is duck related Anyway, Smalls is a company that sells human grade raw meats in different varieties (beef, chicken, turkey), and it has vegetables mixed in. My cat won't touch the ground beef, and instead of wasting $ and throwing it away (because it is on the expensive side) I was wondering if it was safe to feed to my ducks? I know it states that it's human grade, but I don't think I could bring myself to eat it
