Can i keep feeding starter

Hi all, my ducks are 16 weeks old and I am getting a few more. Obviously, my older ones will reach the age where I would normally switch to Layer but will need to keep the younger ones on starter. Is it OK to keep the older ducks on starter as well?

It's actually better for them than just feeding layer feed as starter usually has more protein and there's no telling when your birds will actually start laying, especially since we're heading into winter. It's very possible that they may not lay until spring and the extra calcium in layer feed is bad for nonlaying birds of any age
