Can I use API® Fish Problem Solving General Cure

I have a chicken that has been sick, possibly blackhead but unsure. I was suggested by someone to treat with metronidazole 250mg per gallon of water. The only way I can order pills is online and they are kind of expensive. I found

It has 250 mg metronidazole in it along with 75mg praziquantel in it. It's a lot cheaper. But can I use this to treat a chicken? If do how much?

@casportpony is more knowlegeable about that medication than I. Metronidazole dosage for chickens is usually 250 mg daily for 5 days for a 5 pound chicken. It is best given orally, not mixed in water. Here is a link for fish zole:

I am not certain but had people tell me its possible she does by her symptoms. She has lost a lot of weight, Sulphur yellow color in her poop. It's watery too. Poor appetite and drinks a lot.
Also maybe its possible she has egg peritonitis. I've already treated for cocci.
