Don't do it.. eggs age *about* 7 times faster at room temp then in the fridge. So despite not being "rotten" they've already lost a huge amount of quality.. yolks will already be popping easily, whites will already be thin.. what is your room temp anyways?
I second this. Water glass as you collect, don't gather a pile then water glass. If you don't get enough, put them in a smaller container to water glass. I have two 2 gallon containers and they filled up very fast with five laying hens. Consider using those eggs up.. and water glass AS you collect.. putting the new eggs on the bottom.
FWIW.. refrigeration is awesome! (if you have access to it) Clean, unwashed eggs have lasted 6 months in the fridge.. they may not "whip up" well after that time.. but they still eat well! First in first out regardless of method.

Can you add eggs to a jar as you collect to water glass? Mine are about 2-3 weeks old and I was contemplating water glassing those because I won’t have enough at once to fill my quart mason jars. Second, can you water glass pullet eggs?
Yes and yes. When I get any eggs that are clean enough to water glass, they go in the jar with any other eggs that are already in the water solution. I just put them in as they are laid. Some days it's all the eggs I collect, other days it's just one or two eggs. And you can water glass pullet eggs, no problem. Just make sure the eggs are clean but have not been washed
Oh good! I’ve been waiting until I have enough to water glass at once so the freshest would be at the bottom of the jar
