Can quails eat fruits?

Can I feed my quails some fruits? If so, what type of fruits should i feed them

Apples, berries, bananas, mangos, grapes...some folks recommend 'seedless' grapes due to arsenic being in the grape seeds but I have never had a problem with them 'kill'n over' because they ate grapes. They would have to eat an awful lot of grapes to get arsenic poisoning!
