Can squirrels have gelatin?

About a day ago I made bird food ornaments that contain gelatin and bird feed in one of my after school clubs (I'll attach a picture from google below to show what it looks like) I was wondering if I left it out if it would be toxic to squirrels. I'd feel really bad to see a bunch of dead squirrels in my yard if it is toxic

Gelatin is just boiled down bones, skin, ligaments, etc. A lot of protein. It likely won't cause any problems for your squirrel buddies!
