Can you boost your electric wire with a microware transformer?

You can do everything - at least once.

Microwave transformers are not created to work for longer time periods than maybe an hour and may overheat and short out.
You could use a neon transformer - which i connected to the chicken wire around my duck's house during the night. We were under constant attack of a raccoon family that tried to break into the duck house every night. Neon transformers are created to work for long time periods without overheating.
However: You really need to know what you are doing!!! Electric fence energizers send pulses of high voltage through the fence lines, so that anybody touching those lines has a chance to get off. Any kind of high voltage transformer would not be so merciful and would keep you electrified even after you have dropped dead to the ground.
The same would happen to your animals as well as wild animals.

if possible I'd be scared one of my animals would get in it. And die. or I'd hit it myself and pee myself

If the voltage is provided by the device, then stop sending it to the transformer, if there is not capacitor on the transformer, the transformer would not hold charge.
