canning question

Ok, I'm wanting to can my vegtable soup.... I'm using canned vegtables (I know! I've a garden goin'

) and putting beef in it. When I can this, Do I need to use a pressure canner, using the longest processing time? I've been reading my ball bluebook... I just want to make sure I do this right... Thanks!

Yes, you need to use a PC-and you're right, use the longest time. Good luck!!

Canning soup is wonderful (well, canning anything is wonderful!) -I just processed 3 roos a couple weeks ago and canned some wonderful chicken soup out of them!
