chick and keets ???

Can I put my day old welsummer chick with my 1-2 day old keets? I think I may only get one chick from this hatch.

I have done that in the past and it worked out just fine. I would just watch to make sure that the chick isn't being picked on too much for the first few hours, they will be curious initially then things should be just fine.

That will work just fine, right now we have some white guinea keets sharing a brooder with some Buff Orps and Copper Black Marans.

You can do that but they require different feed.

I do it all the time. I know that keets are supposed to have different feed...but i have raised mine on the same feed as my chickens. All my guineas and chickens are housed together and eat the same thing. Until the guineas leave the coop that is...
