Chick can't stand

My 8 week old Phantom started having trouble walking and standing about a week and a half ago. I separated her from the flock, and she went downhill and could hardly hold her head up. She couldn't stand at all and I thought I would be waking up to a dead chick for a couple of days. I began giving her vitamins in her water and she definitely improved in strength, but she still can't stand or walk. She's eating and drinking, but has no control over her extremities. Any ideas?
