Chick in egg not moving

Hello, i have a question. I have an pipped egg with the beak showing but there is no movement and no sound coming from the egg, did the chick die or does it sleep or what? Also the pipped area was on the downside, i saw a bit of blood on the ground so i layed the pipped side up for it to breath.
Edit: i tried whistling to it but no sound no movement nothing at all.

How long has it been pipped for?

Mine very often rest for about 24 hours after pip. I can usually see them breathing, but not always.

What day are you on? Got any more pippers?
