Chick piped shell on 25 but hasn’t hatched

We have a baby chick that should have started hatching on the 25 only one and the skin is shrink wrapped what can I do to help the chick?

I think you either help it get out or increase humidity?Can someone else please clarify?

Was it 21 days or 23 days now?

If 23 days, or it's been pipped for 2 days, I'd get some tweezers, sanitize them, and start picking away at the shell and membrane where its head is. Start right where it pipped through. Then let it rest and give it some time.
