Chick pooped out blood

Hello,
I have a chick that pooped out blood. We couldn’t figure out which one it was but we have been narrowing it down. Since that we haven’t seen any blood. All the chicks are about 2 weeks old and all of them are acting fine, running, eating and drinking. They have pine bedding and one of them had a little bit of pasty butt and it was soft so it just came off. Could it possibly be coccidiosus or could it just be that one ate a shaving and it just irritated it?

I woulod treat them.

Treatment	20% Powder	9.6% Liquid
For 3-5 days	1.5 teaspoons per gallon	2 teaspoons per gallon
then for 7-14 days	1/3 teaspoon per gallon	1/2 teaspoon per gallon
